Frequently Asked Questions

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature in January is a high of 68 degrees and low of 45 degrees. No snow. :) The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is free and is located at the venue with a very short walking distance.

The reception will be located at the same place as the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal.

​

What time will the ceremony begin?

The ceremony will begin at promptly 4:30 p.m.

​

Can I invite additional guests?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is by invitation only.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Friday, December 16 by mailing your return RSVP card and envelope (include in the invitation suite). Don't forget to select your meal choice!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

We do not have a formal hotel block reserved for guests, but we have created a list of recommended places to stay.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that everyone be present during our ceremony and refrain from taking photos or video at that time. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony and for rest of the evening, any and all photos are welcome! In fact, please share them with us after! :)

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Yes, a plated dinner will be served as well as a full open bar all evening. Menu details will be included on the formal invitation.
There will also be a cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
